Your trial starts when you receive your package. Trial lengths vary slightly by merchant, and TryNow will keep track and remind you of the trial end date to make for a seamless shopping experience! You have the full trial period to initiate any returns, and you'll only pay for what you keep.

I need more time — can I extend my trial?

We get it! Life happens. Reach out to TryNow Customer Experience or the brand to request a one-time 3-day extension.

How do I return items I don't want to purchase?

Returns are easy! When it's time to make your decision, you'll receive a notification from TryNow with a link to initiate your returns process.
